OwlSurfer is a Browser Editor with Grab Pad used for surfing, grabbing and mixing web content and other media into topic files stored on your hard drive.
The topic files are in HTML format, include the grabbed content and media that you collect, and provide reference links and time stamps, so that you can cite or later go back and access the original sources.
